Salad with Pineapple and Ham
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds or pine nuts
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
6 oz. diced smoked ham
4 fresh pineapple slices
6 oz. Dofino Light Havarti cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. olive oil
Cooking Directions:
Put sunflower seeds, salt and pepper in a frying pan and fry over a hot fire while stirring for approximately 4 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Arrange lettuce topped with pineapple, ham and then cheese on plates. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sunflower seed mix and serve.
