Salad with Raspberries and Havarti
Ingredients:
Dressing:
4 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
2 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Freshly ground pepper
Salad:
5 oz. water cress
5 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
4 oz. dried plums without seeds, cut into small pieces
2 avocados, halved and cut into small pieces
8 oz. Dofino Havarti cheese, cubed
Cooking Directions:
To prepare dressing, mix raspberries, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Pass dressing through strainer.
In a large bowl, mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing.
