Festive Vegetable and Havarti Crustless Quiche

Ingredients:
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
6 oz. shredded Dofino® Creamy Havarti
1 medium red pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle broccoli, red pepper and 1 cup of shredded Dofino® Havarti in pie plate. Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder and mix until blended. Pour over ingredients in pie plate.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake another 1 or 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
Cool 5 minutes.
