What you need:
1 loaf of ciabatta bread or four ciabatta rolls
2 tablespoons mustard
8 ounces Dofino® Creamy Havarti, sliced thin
1 deli pickle, sliced thin, lengthwise
½ pound lean black forest ham, sliced thin

Cast iron 10-inch skillet
What you do:
Cut the bread in half, lengthwise. Spread both sides of the bread
with mustard. Layer half the Dofino® Creamy Havarti,
pickle, and ham on bottom half of bread. Top with remaining cheese;
replace bread top and gently press together.
Place sandwich in skillet over medium heat. Press down to flatten with
a second skillet. Grill until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes on each
side.
Remove sandwich and cut into 4 pieces. Eat while hot!
